Handan Yongyang Imp.&Exp. CO., Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yongyang Group (hereinafter referred to as Yongyang Company) located in the Special Steel Industrial Park, Yongnian District, Handan City, Hebei Province, China. The integrated steel mill was first founded in 1993. In 2015, according to the steel industry restructuring strategy of Hebei Province, nine steel enterprises in Yongnian and Wu'an were integrated and restructured into one large single company, relocation from urban areas, as well as equipment upgrading and transformation was implemented. The company covers an area of 500 Hectares, has 5000 employees, and has total assets of 11 billion CNY.

Yongyang Company owns a production capacity of 1.16 million tons of iron, 1.2 million tons of fine steel and 2.2 million tons of special steel profiles annually. It is a special steel enterprise dominated by the production of alloy structural steel, spring steel and carbon structural steel. The existing products are mainly high and medium pressure boiler tubes, oil casing and other tube blanks, spring flat steel for automobile leaf springs, high strength hot rolled flat steel for automobiles, light rail, heavy rail, miner's steel, crane rail, U-shaped steel, etc. The company has built one 1260m3 blast furnace, one 120t converter, a supporting lime kiln, a water treatment and a power generation system.

Yongyang products are widely used in automobile, machinery manufacturing, oil and gas exploitation, mineral exploitation and other industrial fields. Spring flat steel for automobile leaf springs and hot rolled flat steel for high-strength automobiles have cooperated with many well-known domestic automobile leaf spring enterprises and trailer manufacturers, and have long served China National Heavy Duty Truck, Beiqi Foton, Dongfeng Automobile, Dandong Bus, Jianghuai Automobile, CIMC Group and other large automobile factories and machinery manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad; High and medium pressure boiler tubes, oil casings and other pipe blanks have been certified by Tianjin Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd., Tianjin Seamless Steel Pipe Factory, Hebei Litonglian Seamless Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., Shanxi Xishan Coal Power Dehui Industrial Co., Ltd. and other companies; Light rail, heavy rail and miner's steel products have been rated as famous brand products by Hebei Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. They have become designated manufacturers of support products for China's coal industry and are trusted by major customers such as Jizhong Energy.

As the biggest steel rail manufacturer and supplier in China, the annual production capacity of our factory is 2200000 tons section steel. The main products are light steel rail, heavy steel rail, crane steel rails, I-Beam for mining, U-shaped arch steel and high-strength hot-rolled flat steel for automobiles, and rail fasteners. etc.

At present, the company has built one 1260m³ blast furnace, one 180㎡ sintering machine, and limestone kiln and power generating system; one 120t converter, One 120t LF affinage furnace, One 120 ton VD Furnace, one eight machines eight continuous casters and ancillary oxygen generation system; one Φ850 fully continuous rolling section steel production line, one Φ850 rolling mill production line, and one Φ750 rolling mill production line.

Quality control: To ensure product quality, our factory has imported many advanced testing and inspection instrument and established an advanced physics and Chemical Analysis Lab. The company wins the title of China’s Top 500 manufacturing enterprises and passed ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification in 2013.
